Start with an itinerary review if you already have a rough plan. Choose a custom trip plan if you need help setting the city order, travel pace, and day structure. Send the details that change the answer

A short brief is enough, but 'we like nature and culture' does not change the route. Tell us the one landscape each person would regret missing, whether anyone dislikes heights or long stairs, and whether the group prefers a long ridge day or a slower stream walk. Add the real arrival and departure times, not only the dates.

Do not rely on a generic online itinerary for ticket rules, transport availability, or current operating hours. Those details need checking against the actual date and official source.

Before you book, make the day easy to picture

A person reads your request and either asks a route question or suggests a clearly scoped day. For a four-day mountain stay, you should know the accommodation, every transfer, guide language, National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain inclusions, meals and the form of the Tujia brocade visit before you commit.

Words such as 'VIP', 'priority', 'private master', '24/7 concierge' or 'exclusive experience' do not describe a day by themselves. We explain what will actually happen, on which date, and under what cancellation terms. Sending the form creates neither a booking nor a payment obligation.

What we will not promise before checking

We will not promise clear views, no queues, fixed park routing, a live craft demonstration, a particular hotel or ticket availability before it is confirmed for your date. We also will not treat an old timetable or brochure as a current operating fact.

This keeps the plan less glossy and more useful. You can see which parts are confirmed, which remain optional, and which need a fresh check close to travel.
