Plan My China Trip

Human-reviewed trip support

Tell us the difficult part of your Chongqing and Zhangjiajie trip

You may already know the places you want. What is usually missing is the route between them: which city comes first, whether to sleep in Wulingyuan or Zhangjiajie city, and which day deserves a guide. Start with that uncertainty instead of buying a generic package.

Get help with this trip

A China-based planner reads every request. No account needed.

Three useful levels of help

Start with an itinerary review if you already have a rough plan. Choose a custom trip plan if you need help setting the city order, travel pace, and day structure. Ask about selected local support when you need help arranging specific guides, transfers, bookings, transport, or on-the-ground coordination.

We review your request before suggesting any paid help. Before you decide, you will see what is included, what is not, and what remains optional.

  • Itinerary review: we mark the bad base, overloaded day and risky transfer in your existing draft.
  • Custom route: we decide the city order, Wulingyuan nights and the daily mountain priorities with you.
  • Selected support: we source a named guide, transfer, ticket or cultural visit for the day you do not want to manage alone.
  • English-language help and a clear written itinerary before you decide whether to book.

Send the details that change the answer

A short brief is enough, but 'we like nature and culture' does not change the route. Tell us the one landscape each person would regret missing, whether anyone dislikes heights or long stairs, and whether the group prefers a long ridge day or a slower stream walk. Add the real arrival and departure times, not only the dates.

Do not rely on a generic online itinerary for ticket rules, transport availability, or current operating hours. Those details need checking against the actual date and official source.

  • Travel dates plus arrival and departure times.
  • Group size, walking pace, height concerns and food restrictions.
  • Confirmed flights, trains, hotels, or a draft itinerary if you have them.
  • Whether you want planning, a review, selected bookings, or local support.

Before you book, make the day easy to picture

A person reads your request and either asks a route question or suggests a clearly scoped day. For a four-day mountain stay, you should know the accommodation, every transfer, guide language, National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain inclusions, meals and the form of the Tujia brocade visit before you commit.

Words such as 'VIP', 'priority', 'private master', '24/7 concierge' or 'exclusive experience' do not describe a day by themselves. We explain what will actually happen, on which date, and under what cancellation terms. Sending the form creates neither a booking nor a payment obligation.

What we will not promise before checking

We will not promise clear views, no queues, fixed park routing, a live craft demonstration, a particular hotel or ticket availability before it is confirmed for your date. We also will not treat an old timetable or brochure as a current operating fact.

This keeps the plan less glossy and more useful. You can see which parts are confirmed, which remain optional, and which need a fresh check close to travel.

Questions before you go

Do I need to book a full private tour?

No. Many travellers ask for a route review, help with one difficult day, or selected local support while travelling independently for the rest.

Can you guarantee visas, transit eligibility, or ticket availability?

No. Immigration authorities and attraction operators make those decisions. The team can help organise public information and flag what needs to be verified for your dates.

Does sending a request create a booking?

No. We review your request first. Before you decide, we explain what we can help with, what is included, and the booking terms that matter for your trip.

What should I know before confirming a four-day Zhangjiajie stay?

You should know the hotel, transfer legs, guide language, included entrance passes, meals, cultural visit, exclusions and cancellation terms. Special access or private experiences must be confirmed for your travel dates.
